The intent of this Yoli Scam article is to give you an unbiased viewpoint on this new company from someone who is not affiliated with it in any way.

Be adviced that most Yoli Scam Reports out there are not written with the readers best intentions in mind. Usually, the intention of the article is either to (a) have you join Yoli as the article is written by a Yoli distributor, or (b) having you join a competing company by putting Yoli down which is a very popular marketing technique.

Yoli has entered the network marketing industry with a big boom and it opened up for pre-launch in the middle of 2009. The official opening is scheduled for January 2010. Yoli is said to be a company founded by distributors for distributors and the meaning of Yoli is aztec and means “to live” in English.

Yoli’s main market is the huge 50 billion per year energy drink industry together with the beverage industry in general and they have a new patended technolgy that freeze dry the nutrition at the peak of the ripeness, when its values is at its highest, and they have patented this technology. What you then do is that you attach the cap to the top of a bottle filled with water, blast it open and the contents then mixes with the water and creates your beverage.

The question that arised in the start of this article is whether Yoli is a scam or not, if it really is a great product with a legitimate and good business opportunity attached to it.

Is It a Scam?
I can tell you right off the bat here that Yoli is in fact not a scam.

The first sign of a scam is whether or not the company has legitimate products and services that people would buy even without the business opportunity aspect of it, and Yoli absolutely has some great products that people will buy just to be able to use them. So distributors are earning money on selling products, not just recruiting new members which is one example of a scam or pyramid scheme.

All of the six founders, Corey Citron, Robbie Fender, Daren Falter, Michael Prichard, Rick Eisele and Bobby Jones have been highly successful within their respective fields in the past and most of them have built enormous organizations reaching thousands and hundreds of thousands of distributors around the globe. Yoli also sold over one million dollars worth of products in their first month in pre-launch which also underlines the connections these founders have with the industry from previously.

Daren Falter is also seen as the King of compensation plans and ethics in the industry, having written books on the subject and been functioning as a consultant for many MLM-startups during the years, and he brings a lot of credibility to the table.

The company also has large office buildings in Salt Lake City, so this is not just another MLM company that some wiz-kid threw together in his spare time.

So, Will Yoli Make You Rich?
As in every MLM company out there, Yoli distributors you come across will most likely, in their best intention, give you the standard “hype” phrases, for instance that “you only have to find 3 who finds 3 and you will make a lot of money” or “we will do the work for you and place our entire team underneath you” or “this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – we have Carl Lewis on our team!” and so forth.

The truth, though, if I might be very honest and straight-forward with you here, is that you succeeding in Yoli or not has NOTHING to do with Yoli at all, or any other network marketing company for that matter.

As with every other business venture out there, both within this industry and the ordinary business world, the one thing that really determines your success is how good you are at MARKETING your business. Period.

There is a possibility for you to make a lot of money with Yoli, but that only happens when you have aquired the right marketing knowledge and know how to put them into action, preferably through a great marketing system.

If you want to experience success in Yoli your best road forward is to learn how to position yourself as a LEADER in front of your prospects. To position yourself as that person they are looking for that can take them by the hand and lead them from where they currently are to where they want to go. And when you learn how to market correctly you can be successful with whatever business opportunity there is out there, be it Yoli or something else – those factors really doesn’t matter!

And to be honest, over 96% of network marketers have no clue how to market their business the right way, leading to the huge failure rates we are experiencing in this industry.

You must learn how to market yourself in the market place as the leader others are looking for, and you have to have a MARKETING SYSTEM in place that generates leads for you, sort through them to find the best ones and also do all the telling, explaining and selling for you so that you don’t have to do that over and over and over again yourself to people that really aren’t interested in what you have to say.

After you have gotten all of this in place, your success in Yoli might be closer than you think…
